Changing Your Eating Habits

Because we all have to eat junk food brought, and most of us is not easy to change our eating habits. Your eating habits have developed since childhood based on what their mothers or fathers cooked and what your psychological profile was during this time.

The food we eat and crave help pass trauma and present anxiety in check. The food helps you feel good when you start to feel sick. Eating is a natural defense mechanism that the brain and the body uses to maintain not crazy.

So you see, is very difficult to change our eating habits. If we do that, we began to feel unwell. We begin to feel uncomfortable, feel pain, we have withdrawal symptoms, which can make us sick. No wonder that none of us succeed in changing our eating habits?

I think everything that has been packaged to be junk food. There are a few exceptions, you must read the ingredient labels carefully. Food manufacturers are very few and even restaurants prepare food in your eye health. Of course I want to meet you, but do not use foods that are in their best interest.

Most people eat junk food 85% of the time, eat well and then the other 15%. It proved to be quite the opposite – good food and junk food from 85% to 15% of the time.
In order to improve the health, here are some foods to stop eating. Eliminate these foods over the next two to three weeks.
